The following outlines the
National Corvette Registry Membership Terms & User Agreement for all visitors to
the NCR website.
NCR MEMBERSHIP TERMS & USER AGREEMENT
Purpose:
The National Corvette Registry (NCR) is
dedicated to the registering of all Corvette owners and enthusiasts around the
world. Our purpose is to help each other get more enjoyment out of all Corvettes
through the exchange of information, supporting the
National Corvette Museum,
participation in Corvette events, and by keeping the American dream of Corvette
ownership alive throughout the generations. While we recognize and support all
other Corvette registries and clubs, we are proud to say that we are currently
the only worldwide Corvette Registry that is a collection & an online
community for all generation (C1-C6) Corvette owners and enthusiasts, not just a
specific designation of Corvette or a certain year or generation.
Date of establishment:
The NCR was founded on Nov. 13, 2004 between the
50th anniversary of the Corvette (2003), and the 50th anniversary of the Chevy
small block V8 (2005).
Honorary
Membership:
The purpose of an honorary membership is to honor those who have pioneered the
development of the Corvette, those who have led the way in celebrating the
Corvette heritage, and those who constantly do more than average to further the
Corvette dream and enthusiasm. All honorary members will become such as deemed
fit by the existing members, the NCR founders,
and those who are commissioned to vote in the process. All voting will be
announced online, via e-mail, and in the newsletter, and sufficient time will be
allotted for the voting process. All members are encouraged to submit their
ideas for possible entries into the NCR Hall of
Fame. All inductees will be honored with a Lifetime Membership,
recognition on a special plaque and in print form, and will become an icon in
the NCR and its events and publicity.
NOTE: NCR Members may become an Honorary Member if voted
so by their fellow members. A nomination vote by the
NCR Commissioner, the NCR Founders, or by
any NCR member will be considered for the voting
process.

Lifetime Memberships are available for $1,000 US
($1,250 International).
Privacy:
Personal data such as address, phone number, and email address will never be
divulged to third parties without your express written and signed consent. This
data will not be available to the public at all, (to the best of our abilities)
and will not be published in print form without your consent. The registry
information online will only consist of the year and generation of the Corvette,
picture(s), and if you, the member consent, your name.
Submissions:
Unless stated otherwise, photos, articles, interviews, and any other data
submitted to the National Corvette Registry
become the exclusive promotional property of the NCR.

Restrictions:
For security & privacy purposes, some information regarding vehicle ownership is
restricted to NCR Members only. As a member,
please do NOT share your NCR password &
information with any non-member. Violation of this rule may result in loss of
membership privileges for a period of time up to and including lifetime
membership. We value your privacy, and as such, we ask that you do the same for
all of the other NCR members.
Vendors/Sponsors: The
NCR is supported financially through its
membership and through the assistance of various vendors or sponsors. Please
support those who provide the means to keep the Corvette aftermarket industry
alive by simply visiting their website via our links. By visiting these sites,
you as a NCR member are entitled to various
discounts available exclusively to the NCR
members. Please support those who support us as Corvette owners and enthusiasts.
Licensing Rights: The
NCR is Copyright 2005, and we do not have any
affiliation in any way with General Motors, Corvette, Chevrolet Motor Division,
or the Corvette Motor Division. We provide this registry as a support of the
Corvette heritage, and we hereby give all credit for the GM logo, Corvette logos
and all affiliated tags, logos, & trademarks to General Motors. We ask that you
respect the Corvette heritage by not infringing on any copyrighted material.
Liability:
We provide no liability for anything on this website or in our newsletter,
forums, or any other media outlet that we use. The NCR
is not responsible for errors, omissions or misrepresentation. Opinions listed
in any NCR outlet are that of the individual
responsible and not necessarily that of the NCR,
its officers, or members.
Revisions: This User Agreement or the Privacy Statement may be
changed at any time, without any prior notification, by the
NCR. When you become a member, you are expected to
adhere to the updated version at all times. It is ultimately your responsibility
to check for any changes or updates by contacting the NCR
